Four strands – 3 of Amethyst and one of Tanzanite – reflect the colors in the Amethyst Stalactite. A stalactite is a sideways slice of the arm of a crystal encrusted stone formation. In this case, Amethyst has formed over a core of Agate and Jasper and resulted in this extraordinary piece of natural beauty.
The necklace is 16 ½ inches long with the pendant adding about 1 ½ inches. The extender chain at the clasp can add another 1 inch to the length if you wish. The necklace is finished in sterling silver Balinese beads and clasp.
